Each time I stretch, literally each time, the energy boost is ever amazing. My body tells me "Placidia why have you not been coming down to the yoga mat, you really are flexible and do well". And I believe, life is like that, until you try, you would never realize your daily potential. There are no limits to what we can do as such - " grab your *** mat and do it!
Today I had a long discussion with a loved one and we both realized we have been sharing a lot of energy together, albeit to say -ve one. The moment we took a conscious decision to shift our discussion and to become more positive, just that moment, we realized how despite the terrible events of the world, we can still be happy with one another. The power of positivity and gratitude and knowing that everything we share is energy.
